World of Roses Reviews

I was hunting around for a few different types of roses, and they had way more choice than my local garden centre!! Most of the ones I wanted were in stock, just one variety was showing as sold out... The site was easy to use too, no real hassle there. I’d probably give 5 stars if the out-of-stock roses had clearer info on when they’d be back, but overall I’m really happy with it!!

I ordered from worldofroses.com and had a question about my delivery, but waiting for a reply was frustrating. When they finally got back to me, the answer felt generic and didn’t really clear things up. The plants themselves were fine, but for me, the slow customer service made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they get better at responding faster.

I had an issue with my rose order and had to send a few messages before it got sorted out. The refund did come through in the end, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit more back and forth than I expected. I’m glad it was resolved, but I was left feeling like the process could’ve been smoother.

The packaging was kind of a joke. The box showed up crushed, and the roses had barely any padding like someone just tossed them in and hoped for the best. A few stems were snapped, which was disappointing.

The delivery was slow. It showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. I kind of regret not reading the reviews first because I probably would’ve known what to expect.

The site worked okay for me... no major issues, really. Checkout just felt a little slow, like I was waiting around more than expected. Not a bad experience, but not exactly smooth either...

I felt like the prices were ridiculous for the quality I got. I was expecting something that felt a little more worth the money, but it just didn’t. I ended up finding similar roses for less elsewhere, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a couple of roses and they showed up in decent time. The packaging seemed fine to me, and nothing was snapped or damaged, so I can’t really complain about that part.
That said, the plants themselves looked a little worn out when I opened the box. A few leaves were yellow, and one plant was smaller than I thought it would be, though maybe I was expecting too much. The roots looked alright, I think, so I went ahead and planted them anyway.
It’s been a few weeks now and they’re still alive, which is good, and they do seem to be putting out some new growth. I’m just not sure yet if they’re going to take off or stay kind of weak-looking. Overall, they’re not terrible, just average.

I ordered three specific rose plants and was really looking forward to seeing them arrive, but one of them wasn’t the one I picked. At first I thought, “Wait, am I just reading this wrong?” but the labels looked a bit mixed up too, so that didn’t help. I did contact customer service and they eventually replied, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but annoying when you’ve chosen specific plants...
